We don't have any 8 speed RWD 3IS IS350 here in Canada (so getting one locally isn't an option), they're all AWD 6 speed.

Wondering if anyone swapped out the engine in the IS200T for an IS350?
If so, what parts are required to make this whole thing work?

I'll guess not, but an easier option would be to install one of the available upgraded turbochargers along with a downpipe and water injection for cooling. That will get you about 380hp:

D3 Performance can handle the custom tuning solution.

I did the water injection and tune on my GS200t but I'm not messing with the turbo due to the required exhaust mods, I want to keep mine silent.
