i know this might be exspensive but at the time i needed the awd and didnt have a choice to get the is350 awd my friend has a is350 motor at his shop and i was wondering if i got the transmission and ecu and motor can i prety much make my car a is350 ?

I'm sure it's possible.

(and probably easier if yours is a 2009 or newer since it has VDIM, which all 350s have had all years)

But I'd be surprised if it's not cheaper to just trade in for a 350.

(unless labor is free, and you're getting the parts for massively less than they actually cost)

In reality this is an easier swap than a lot of engine swaps people do because of how very similar the engines are, however you'd need quite a few of the electrical components as well, since everything is so tied together on newer cars. Fuel system differences are also going to be some work, but not too bad as long as you have everything.

Definitely possible, but might be more cost effective to sell/buy a different car.
