Enform App Reports car is being repaired...
I have been unable to get the enform app to work with my vehicle. I have been to 3 different dealerships, called two others listed in the maintenance history and been in touch with Lexus Corporate/support several times but still no luck. I have un-enrolled, uninstalled, re-enrolled, reinstalled, deleted/added my vehicle and used the SOS button to activate the app several times with no luck. The dealership is ghosting me at this point and I keep going in circles with phone support.
Has anyone seen this message:
Has anyone seen this message:
This request cannot be completed while vehicle is being repaired. Please try again after servicing is completed. [41]
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?I have been unable to get the enform app to work with my vehicle. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? But, now that I think about it, the message about the "repair" suggests to me that Enform thinks the car is being serviced. Maybe there is something on the car itself that needs resetting. Have you tried doing a hard reset on the infotainment/ECU by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes?
Good to know. I guess what I mean is whether there's a mismatch between the Enform subscription and your car/app.

I am pretty baffled by this! The app shows my car but it doesn't appear to be able to sync with the car as there is no info. available (odometer, etc.). I've driven the car around quite a bit to allow the app to synch with the car but no luck. My guess is I will have to use the SOS button again after this hard reset...who knows maybe 10 time is a charm? :-)

I wanted to close the loop on this issue as it FINALLY was resolved. First off I want to say thank you and give a shout out to RICK J. at Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ. He listened to the issue, replicated the issue, and then worked for several weeks until it was resolved. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication he provided throughout the process.
The cause: defective radio. The option to leave repair/service mode is done through the radio interface and the option was not being presented. The radio was swapped and viola, we are in business.
