Anybody is having this issue ?
Tried to reset, close and open, even with all doors opened.

 

Yes, I have this issue as well. I was losing my mind. I turned the car on, and the dash indicators do not indicate that the trunk is open, so I just assumed there are issues with the app. Glad someone else had a similar issue.

 

I had it too yesterday, after I updated the app. I just locked and unlocked the car and refreshed the app and its been fine since yesterday.

 

Yep, same issue here! So glad I’m not alone. It’s almost 11:30 at night, and I’m out in my driveway like an idiot trying to figure this out 😂

Yes, me too. Trunk indicator that it is opened started with APP Refresh the other day. Ran to the garage, but saw it was fine.

 

Got a notification from the app earlier today saying there was an issue with that and they are actively investigating.

Yup im having the same issue. Just my luck, it happened when i left it at a mechanic to fix a small scratch. I had put valet mode on, so to see that warning at 12am! Freaked me the F out lol.

Oh and btw, since the app refresh, i am no longer able to access the Lexus app from my Apple Watch unless the app is opened on my iPhone. That was honestly one of the coolest features.

Yeah my app is doing the same.

 

Mine did it for the first time today. I just was curious what my tire pressures were, and there it was... trunk open. Obviously, not really open.

 

Same issues here, 2018 ES 350. Also lost my TPMS info in the app.

 

I just bought a 22 IS 350 F Sport and my trunk has shown open since I bought it. Glad to know (as everyone else here is) that it’s not my car.

 

This has been going on for over a month now. I got zero response from Lexus through Twitter. They asked me for my VIN, and then never said anything else.
