Head damage caused by Inform update
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what were you able to do to fix the problem? What did Lexus do to help?

What is an inform update, and what kind of head damage? Is it on one bank or two?
The head functions mechanically. The timing is tied to gears, and engine oil pressure helps it all move and sing. It’s very hard to imagine a software update hurting your heads, but there are smarter people on this forum than me.

I saw it called several things and "Head Damage " was the most common. I failed to realize it would be mistaken for the engine head. The inform software is what is used to run the Map, Media, wifi and Phone. I believe they are talking about the Hard drive head which runs those systems.

What year is your car and did you attempt to update yourself? If so I'd say you're on your own.

This was a wifi update requested by "Inform" when update was completed it just keeps turning on and off again. Never rebooting
This seems like an issue with the head unit. What year and model do you have? Maybe a little more about what you have tried would also help us to narrow down the problem.
I would also add that, to prevent further confusion, OP is referring to "Enform" which is the remote services software in these cars.
