Default When to change PCV valve

My 3IS 200t is reaching 60k miles and have never changed the PCV valve. Was trying to find out when should this part be changed, and views range from 30k miles to never and this item is not in the maintenance schedule. It is a relatively inexpensive part, so I most probably will change it anyways, but would like to hear opinion, thanks. My car doesn't burn oil and exhaust does not produce white smoke, all are signs of bad PCV valve

It is very simple to change out PCV valve and it is cheap. I would change it whenever I change the spark plugs around 60k. But I see a lot of people never changed it or change it in a much longer time around 100k or 150k and they’re still in a good shape. So it really is up to you but I say just do it since its easy and cheap for a piece of mind.
