Thinking it is totaled?
I was hit and run over the past weekend. Brunt of the damage was to the driver QP - there’s additional damage to the front number and headlights as well as driver side doors and fender. Thoughts on a potential total with potential frame damage.

From that one pic I don't see any frame damage. Mostly what I see is body panel damage, and that can be fixed and be fixed right. But, it will take a very good body man, not just a run of the mill body shop. The rear quarter looks to damaged, which will require cutting and welding, that is something you want done right. Maybe front and rear bumper covers, a couple lights. It's not terrible, but it's still quite a bit of damage. If the frame isn't bent, they probably won't total it unless the repairs would exceed a certain % of the cars value. Just my two cents. But I am not a body guy either.

Liberty mutual has me going to a caliber near me. Value from the state that came in was a bit over 24k so the percentage aspect is what probably will come into play.
The 1st thing in figuring if totaled would be what year equipment and miles for Valuation?
Is the rear Driver side Wheel bent or Knuckle and other also? It could very well be Totaled, if they would have to cut the whole rear left to rear and weld in a whole new rear Trunk and back.

In theory, that’s what I’m hoping for. My local Lexus as a replacement available but I’m sure it will go quick so hoping for a ‘quick’ insurance turn around. With the damage the turn around time to fix will be around a month with parts shortages (per collision shop) so I’d rather just take the loss and my equity and buy a “new” one. Adding to the damage, the front fender has solid damage as well as the front grille needs replaced and passenger side light assembly replaced from the car in front of me that it hit. Adding est $2k in repairs there as well based upon prior issues of those parts.

state valuation is roughly $24k. There is also est $2k front damage not shown plus what’s shown in picture. The real QP is dented in considerably and there is wheel damage and the alignment seems off to when driven. They stated they will probably need get it on the rack to evaluate further depending on how close it gets to the total loss number off of the initial inspection alone. As stated below, I do have a replacement option at my local Lexus so time becomes of essence as cars fly off the lot due to scarcity right now.
If the value of your car is $24k now, they may very well total it. That is a lot of damage, I didn't see all the pics until today. They didn't post up right when you made the thread. But you are probably looking at a total loss. If not, I would say it won't be far off. Good luck, and hopefully the situation works on the right side of what you want to do.
