Default Cig light socket or fuse problem

Hey Y'all, it's my first time posting on this forum. I got some issues with my 2019 IS-300 F-sport. So, for some reason, my car's cig lighter stopped working after i plugged in the dyson vaccum machine charger. It's been working fine before I plugged it in. Yesterday, I got pulled over and was given a speeding ticket in a 30mph zone doing 40mph. I planned to buy a radar detector from Bestbuy, but seems like all the radar detectors at my local store are only using cig lighter as power supply. I want to get this cig lighter issue fixed. I've tried to replace the fuse, but the fuse is too hard to be pulled out. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

What fuse are you trying to replace? And have you tried a needle-nose pliers?

As for the radar detector, you could plug it into the center armrest Power Outlet, but then that means you have a cord running across the dash.
You could either wire it into the rearview mirror or run the power wire down the A pillar and connect it to a fuse in the fuse block...either way will hide the wires. I'm assuming you want to mount it near the top of the windshield somewhere.
