I wanted to ask expertise about a car workshop having a specialty in repairing A/C electrical & mechanical for Lexus in the United Arab Emirates which is also at the level of dealer repair?
I have problem with servo motors which I need to replace in my car and wanted a cheaper option than the dealer.

Did you manage to get it fixed? If so, where did you go and how much did it cost?
I had it replaced at the agency and cost me around 7000 AED, of course it also discounted price.
Are you facing similar issue ?
Yes, I checked with the service center, 4 out of 7 servo motors are faulty and need to be replaced. However, they’re charging about 7k, so I’m trying to find an alternative.
I realized the issue after noticing that the AC recirculation option is faulty - outside air comes through the vents.

Although Dynatrade is an alternative, many repair facilities, including Dynatrade, advise that it is always preferable to replace the full motor set. In my case, I had to replace all seven, not just four. This issue is widespread in Lexus vehicles; in fact, the US voluntarily recalled most of the 2012 till 2017 models to replace the servo motors. The main corporation in Japan has not yet sent the local agency any orders.

Yes! That’s exactly what the service center said, they have to replace all 7. Its not that urgent, so I will delay and continue looking for better alternatives. There must be some Lexus specialized garage that could solve this issue for under 2k. If not, then I’ll have to turn to dynatrade for a quotation eventually.
I tried it. I have Techstream the latest version. Seems like all of the servos are working but even after initialization they are forgetting the position. I have changed the AC amplifier too. I have no idea what is happening.... Thanks for your answer tho.
