I got the knuckle on the passenger side on. Onto the drivers side. Do you know the axle nut torque?

Ok will do, also, the abs sensor, I assumed it would just slide back in, but it stops before it goes all the way back down. Is there a method of doing this?

it should have an o-ring on it...sometimes if it's dry it won't slide into the knuckle easy...a little lube on the o-ring should do it. Like silicone grease .

It doesn’t have an O-ring. It almost appears like it’s too long… although obviously it’s not.

The sensor

How far the sensor goes into its space

The space the sensor goes in

Does it feel like its hitting something, or just not going into the hole far enough?
Given the sensor came out of that hole it has to go back...maybe corrosion is making the hole tight?

The hole is free of corrosion and debris. I don’t know what’s making it not go in. It feels like it’s hitting something

I figured it out. When I put the bracket that slips over the axle back into the hub, I didn’t have the slot that was cut out for the sensor lined up. I backed the axle off just enough and go it to move and it fits in now.

Please tell me you have pictures! I am having the same problem. But I don’t know what slot you are referring too. Pleas share pictures? Is the sensor supposed to fit in the dust cover? On the hub itself I don’t see any slots? Please help! I am desperate!!
