Default Tire/Alignment/Bushing Question

Have a 2016 IS 300, stock suspension expect I had LCA bushings installed (ordered from Lexus Parts Now). Ran them for several months and then had my car aligned(at a dealer since they had a special running).

While changing my oil today, I noticed the RF inner is really bad and the LF isn't far behind. When I had it aligned 2 months ago, the tires were rated at 7/32's by the dealership.

I verified the bushings I ordered were the correct ones, with a 0 offset.

So I would assume the alignment did something to cause the problem, but I'm not sure how/what/why. I included the alignment sheet so those who understand this better than me, might be able to help. To my untrained eyes, the RF numbers look fairly different than the LF after alignment, but would love some advice/help.

Thanks in advance.

The printout looks oookaaaay...certainly not perfect and definitely they could have done better.
All the numbers are in the "green"...so they could "suggest" the alignment is fine.

Starting from the rear and working forward, here's all the things I see wrong that they could have remedied:
1. Rear Toe is not equal side to side
2. Because the rear Toe is not equal side to side, the Thrust Angle is not 0.00 (which is the goal)
3. The Left and Right Toe was actually better in the "Before" specs than the "After"...primarily due to the fact they only adjusted the Left Toe and didn't touch the Right
4. The front Toe is not equal side to side...obviously just like the rear, the front Toe should be equal side to side
5. The AWD have front Camber adjustment...which they made no attempt to adjust considering the Caster is shorter on the Right...the vehicle will always pull to the side with shorter Caster, but the Camber can be adjusted to offset this

To be honest I'm pretty particular about alignments being done right and I'm sure this Tech thought he did a good job, but it wasn't worth the paper the specs were printed on.
Despite all the "green" numbers the alignment was pretty much "ess aitch eye tee".
All that to say that a proper alignment would have likely helped more with the inner tire wear, but you might (will) still have some wear even with the RCF/GSF bushings.

Thanks, @Sasnuke I'm going to get this taken care of today/tomorrow. Headed out of town next week. Buddy of mine has a contact a local tire shop, so I'm going to take your feedback and my printout for them.
