Default caster alignment problem

can not get caster aligned properly.
I took my 90 LS400/air susp. for alignment the other day. The tech said that the caster was out of alignment but the bolt/thread that is used to adjust it is already at the max and he can't change it further.
Could someone kindly provide some ideas as to what part might need to change/fix in order to have the caster aligned properly.
thanks.

I am not sure about your car, but my lexus has caster bushings. If they are worn, the spec will be off. If your car has it, you'll probably have to replace it. How off are you from spec?

caster is not a huge deal - so long as side to side is pretty close to the same, I wouldn't worry about it...

how far out of spec, and what are the numbers...

caster will never cause bad tire wear, but can cause some funky handling if far out...
