That sounds terrible, I would not drive that. Could be the water pump but thats very early for the water pump to fail...

Thats what my water pump sounded like before it was changed, few months back.

60k miles pretty early for a water pump to go no? Is it covered under powertrain warranty?

Sounds like an accessory that has packed it in...maybe the AC compressor.
By accessory I mean something run by the serpentine belt that is not part of the engine...AC, Alternator, Waterpump, idler bearing, tensioner bearing.

I RR racing tuned the car, I don’t think it’s under warranty.

Once it's not related to the tune then it should be covered if you still have warranty.
If it's the AC Compressor, then the tune won't have any effect on it.

I think the noise is related to the belt. The engine runs smoothly.

Same here. Lexus will never check(or look) for the tune, UNLESS, there is a CEL, and that they need to inspect or really check the ECU programming.

it could be the water pump. The average life span on a water pump is 60,000 miles to 90,000 miles.
