Default Will they fit?

New to the forum and switched from a pain in the a$$ 2013 Audi S4 to a 2018 Lexus IS300 FSport3 last year.

I know this has been discussed multiple times but I’m planning on a square 17” winter set up on 225/45/17 Michelin XIce.

My question is would a set of 2000 Toyota Altezza rims fit without any extra items needed or issues? Their specs seem to be
7jjX17, ET50, 5x114.3, 60.1mm

Everything seems to match up except for the offset 50, and I have read that our calipers done allow us to use just any rim.

Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks
