Default Help needed .. engine vibrating

Hi all I'm driving a lexus is200t 2017 model. I have been driving for about 18 months . Recently the vibration is getting worse . The vibration will only occur when the aircon is on and the gear is in D or R when stepped on the brake when idling . If aircon is off the vibration is gone . Anyone can help it encounter such issue ?

Milleage 43000km

Thing that I have done trying to resolve this issues

Change new spark plugs
Clean throttle body
Changing engine mountings

Thing that I have on the car
Charge pipe.
DownpipeDiverted valve
injen intake
Ovtune tuning
Rsr coilover
Turbo muffler delete

I have the same issue on my stock 2016 IS200t since I got it as a CPO. Dealer said it’s normal
and symptom of being a 4-cylinder.

did the problem just start recently for you?

sounds like normal operation from a 4 cylinder vehicle, vibration varies from vehicle to vehicle, my family's civic vibrates like crazy versus my old corolla would vibrate slightly when I used the window controls / air conditioner.. i don't feel that vibration in my vehicle at all ever

I’ve had my 200t now for 4 years and this is perfectly normal, it’s also bad when you turn on the rear window defroster too , lol

Assuming that your friends vehicles do not have the same modifications, have you tried removing the OV Tune and see what happens?

Interesting. Did you replace your tranny mount as well when you replaced your engine mounts? That was one of my suspects since the vibration is only felt in D or R and goes away in P or N.

In comparison to your friends vehicles, what is the RPM reading when you feel the vibration?
I ask the question cause the vibration is likely caused by one of two things.
Either the RPM's is too low when you have it in gear (D or R) and the engine is under load, like when the A/C is on.
Or, the RPM reading is fine, just something is not secure or tight and the engine/tranny assembly is shaking.
My guess would be the engine RPM is too low, but you can compare the reading in your car when you feel the vibration vs your friends vehicles.
For instance, if your vehicle is idling in D with the A/C on at 600RPM, this will likely cause a vibration vs if your friends vehicles idle at 800RPM under the same condition.

Also, for those that responded here we assume the vibration is abnormal...although most commented that some vibration in the 4 cyl. turbo is normal under the conditions you describe.
I'm not sure if there is a way to capture the vibration on video and post it...maybe the instrument cluster showing the RPM when the vibration is occurring.

Any idea what the RPM's are at when you feel the vibration in those components?

This is a good question. In colder weather, even the V6 idles a bit higher until the engine is fully warmed-up and causes some vibration.
