Default New Shell for Lexus key.

Anyone know if I can buy a metal shell for the key or anything to make it feel a bit more premium. Ik this is nit picking but I miss the old thunk of my Benz key when I put it down and want to make my Lexus key feel similar.

i life Rubber Key FOB covers, they usually hold up well and add a layer of protection to the OEM Key

you can find them fairly cheap on eBay/Amazon

if you want more higher end or unique - JDM directly, Nengun could help with that

iv seen a metal one on amazon, but from reviews the metal seems to interfere with the remotes signal to the car.

Metal seems like it could be an issue.

I was about to buy one they saw I could get a whole new shell for the key for $10. Figured why bother.

Of course, it acts as a faraday cage
