Default Driver Side Rear Bumper Loose

I was backing out onto a busy street and went over the curb and scraped the bottom of my rear bumper
by my rear driver side tire. There is a scratch underneath, which isn’t really an issue. The issue now Is the bumper does not sit flush against the fender liner because the area where the push clip connects the fender liner at the bumper cracked.
I have attached an image of my car and circled the damaged area. Will I most likely need to replace the fender liner in that area and if so can someone give me the part #?
