A friend of mine has a 2016 IS220t and had a blow out on the rear driver side tire some time ago. Did not realize it at the time but the blow out but the trim inside the wheel well was torn up. It is still there, but there is a plastic piece that it connects to that is broken apart. The fender is shaking when she drives because the bottom is not connected to anything. Please see the photos, does anyone know what part this is? What part number?

90189-06157 - Clip, Rear Wheel Liner (that's the round clip that goes in the square hole
52161-02020 - Clip, Retainer, Cover, Bumper, Fastener (that's the one that goes in at the bottom corner of the bumper)
