Default Need some help

So I'v got a seibon carbon hood and one side of the hood sticks out a little past the bumper, where as the other side is perfectly aligned, Im not sure if its the hood itself or a bad install because I bought my car with the seibon hood on it. Anyone have any idea on how i can potentially fix this? Any help would be aprecciated

This is the side that is not aligned, excuse my cracked grill surround

And this is the side that is perfectly aligned

have you fiddled around with the placement of the hood on the strut(s) or even with washers?

On our s2000 we've had to do that with a few aftermarket hoods that weren't perfect and turned out just fine.

Whats it look like next to the windshield. I've installed a hood and its gotta be perfect, small adjustment id imagine would do it. However yours looks fine as is but I'm sure you could get it perfect by moving it a tad. Then again, its aftermarket.

I have not, should I try to just open it all up and reinstall it?

At the windshield it has a small gap as well. Also as a side note, the fender to hood gap is smaller on the side thats not aligned compared to the side thats good.

Sounds like it's just not aligned exactly. It can be off 1/8 of an inch potentially and still function, but not be entirely straight. If you want it straight have to loosen the bolts and just budge it a bit.
