Had the car for about a year now and no issues after hitting 50k. I was thinking about painting the calipers white and wanted some feedback from the forum. Any recommendations on which paint is best? Thanks in advance.
I've heard good things about the Duplicolor caliper (aerosol spray) paint. That's the route I'm leaning towards, now that I have time on my hands. I also have a white IS and am leaning toward a brighter orange color.

Thanks for the info and do you have a picture of your calipers in white?
White will probably look dirty, if my red calipers on my GTI are anything to go by. They look fine from 5+ feet away, but as soon as you get close, you can see brake dust.
I like the idea, as long as you are willing to keep them clean I guess. Just my two cents.

Thats what i was gona say too, and I also think it would look good. Very unique.
I would cover the paint with some kind of clear. And when you wash the wheels, give them a good wipe down too.
I actually bought used calipers that were painted white to convert my 250 front brakes to the 350 calipers.
White was not the best idea. When it's first done it probably looks super amazing...but after a few thousand kms and a few washes, not so much.
