Every error has a related code, that way no matter where in the world the car is the code will always be the same for the same error.
So if your car has a B1234 and my car has a B1234, then it's the same error.
For them to tell you ECU Decentralization (or whatever it is in French) isn't a code nor does it help at all.

i bought techstream ... so i have a B1249 so if i m checking in toyota we have a link with door ( DTC)
i m lost

Apparently we don't have that code (B1249) here in North America for Lexus...but we do have it for Toyota.
Since we don't get the IS300h here, I can only assume you have the "Double Locking ECU" in your vehicle.
As a simple first step, check the two fuses that are associated with the ECU...DOOR DB/L and ECU-DCC NO.2...once again I assume you have these fuses in your car.
