OK I have read about my power door lock actuator and yes that went bad a year ago and tonight all of a sudden I cannot open my door from the inside door handle. I can open it from the outside, but I pull on the handle and the door does not open. I took the door panel off to see if anything broke or fell off, but I do not see anything. Anyone run into this issue? I have a 2001 RX300. I plan on doing the door lock actuator, but getting out of the car without assistance is a bigger priority at this point.

 

If you are talking about rear door, just check if the child safety lock/lever is off.
