Default Lexus Service Center Experience for NJ Owners

Just sharing my experience here on my visit at Lexus Service Center of Bridgewater, NJ.

Went there for 2 reasons;

1. Small leak from transmission rear smaller pan.
2. Limited Service Campaign for Safety Connect System.

They offered a loaner and got an NX300. 2 hours after leaving, the service advisor called me and said they will have to order the gasket for the smaller tranny pan. In addition to this, he said the mechanic noticed a right side engine mount excessive play and mentioned it might be from an aftermarket exhaust (i quickly thought Oh boy!). He continued talking and said they will also replaced it at no cost.

Surprised and Thankful for their exceptional service and initiative on the issue, even it's not mentioned by a customer. Having PPE headers and a catless exhaust pipes, they can easily tell the engine is tuned and deny to service repair for free, but never mentioned anything about it and still care for the total health of the vehicle.

For NJ owners that are looking for a great Lexus service center, Lexus of Bridgewater is one of them.

From my experience bridgewater is one of the worst dealerships in NJ. They dented my friends rear bumper (reimbursed her for it) and also installed her exhaust without putting the right side in the hanger! not to mention everyone in sales and service is either weird/or rude. i was there about 2 weeks ago looking at a 2011 IS to purchase to daily and the salesman was trying to push me into this 2014 that was not in good condition and also forced me to test drive it when i said i have my own 3IS and have driven my friends 250 too. The 2011 was also missing a center cap and hazed headlights yet they are asking $12k! We go to cherry hill now and they are the best. Everyone is nice, it’s a pleasant experience and they always go the extra mile. I suggest going there!

Sorry for your experience at Bridgewater, bud. Clearly we have completely different experience since yours was from sales and mine was from service center. I guess there are lots of complaints from them and now they are doing their best to earn back consumer's trust. I'll also keep in mind about Cherry Hill service center and probably go to them for my windshield camera issue.

I bring mine to Haldeman Lexus of Princeton when I need warranty work done. Always had a good experience with helpful staff and loaner cars whenever I wanted.

Lexus of Princeton scratched all four of my rims installing tires, then tried to say it wasn't them (who else could of it been?). Lexus of Cherry hill has been very professional and helpful but I found a dealership closer in my area (Philadelphia), well 2nd closest since Princeton is closer.
