2015 is250 door lock actuators Deja Vu...
Hi Folks,
A few years ago we were having door lock issues with my wife's 2011 is250 and I ended up having to replace all four door lock actuators. Actually, I just replaced the little motors IN the actuators...but whatever, it was an issue, and that cured it. Fast forward a few years and she is now driving a 2015 is250, and it too is having door lock issues. I guess Lexus didn't sort this one out and the actuators are still junk?...lol.
What is the common course of action here? Is everybody replacing the whole actuator? Can you buy just the little motors that go IN the actuators same as the previous gen is250?
Any advice or comments would be appreciated. I don't want to have to disassemble the doors just to find out what I need. I'd rather order the parts and get it all done at once so my wife will stop complaining...lol.

It's a somewhat common issue I've come across here and I've seen people have replaced the entire unit. Doesnt mean the motor inside cant be replaced, just haven't come across anyone here doing that yet.
