Hi, anybody else have this issue?

i was driving and all of a sudden my music makes a weird noise and cuts off. Ever since then, I can’t control the volume. There’s no sound when it’s connected via Bluetooth/iPod/radio. Everything else works just fine, just the volume **** and no sound..all the buttons on the steering wheel work as well but just not volume. Anybody else have this issue? Tried disconnecting battery as well but that didn’t work according to other posts. Someone help I can’t survive without my music!!!

It sounds like it could be the amplifier that failed.

 

Gotta be the amp unit.

 

2014 IS? It's the amp. See if it may be wet, try drying it out first.

did you end up drying it or replacing it? Mine is doing the same. 2016
