Bluetooth not showing up

Did you find a fix for this? I just bought a 2016NX 200t and having the same exact issue.

and yes you are correct, there is no remove button. sorry the grayed out part is disconnect phone.

ah, I'll just call the service department and see if someone can help me there.

Default Reset your infotainment

I had the same issue on Lexus RX 350. I had to reset my infotainment. I had to wiped out my personal data from my previous phone. I was then able to pair my new phone. Just google how to reset infotainment system on your specific vehicle. This worked on mine:

Press the. MENU button in your vehicle
  1. Then select. Setup. .
  2. General. .
  3. Delete Personal Data. .
  4. Delete. .
  5. To confirm, select. Yes. . Once the factory data reset has been complete, you can then pair new phone. An update to the Lexus app may be required.
