Bluetooth not showing up

No the bluetooth profile did not transfer to new phone.
I only have my airpods profile that transferred over.
and yes you are correct, there is no remove button. sorry the grayed out part is disconnect phone.
ah, I'll just call the service department and see if someone can help me there.

Reset your infotainment
Press the. MENU button in your vehicle
- Then select. Setup. .
- General. .
- Delete Personal Data. .
- Delete. .
- To confirm, select. Yes. . Once the factory data reset has been complete, you can then pair new phone. An update to the Lexus app may be required.
