I accidentally snapped this piece of plastic on my 2015 Lexus IS350 FSport when wrapping the vehicle and had the door handle off.
I don't know what this is called but it is from the rear Left passenger door.
The door does not open from the outside without this part, but I can still open the door from the inside just fine.
I have attached a few photos to this thread in hopes someone can recognize it and tell me where/how to get it without having to make a trip out to my dealership service/center.

I have a feeling that part is part of a larger part that's inside the box in the diagram....but you likely know better where it was located on the vehicle specifically.
