Default Sound amplifier bad?

Hey guys, I was hoping to reach out for some advice in regards to my stereo. Everything works except the sound and the volume ****. Dealership did a diagnostic on it today and Said that the amplifier is bad. I have a 2014. I have done Extensive research and can not find out where the amplifier is located.

Where is it located?

Has anyone else had this issue?

When I asked in the beginning if its the sound amplifier how much that would cost to replace they told me $1800

Amp is in the trunk bottom right, you can find them for about 800

Given your symptoms it is likely the amp.
It is located on the floor of the trunk on the right side...you will need to remove some of the panels to access it.
You will find a label on it with the part number...you can use that to look up a replacement.
