NOT A DEAL!!!

You should be in the high 300s to low 400s! Go by the 1% rule - 34k negotiated price equates to 340 month payment.
I recently posted my lease and I am at 513 for a is300 fsport rwd w/ only 10k a year.
Don't take this deal unless they come down on the monthly. Find out what fees they are hiding and start by removing them 1 by 1!

😊🤗😊
The one percent rule doesn't account for variables like annual mileage. A 15,000 mile per year lease that passes the one percent test is more impressive than a 10,000 mile per year lease of the same car that also passes the test.

Keyes adds a LOT of dealer crap to the final price. Don’t accept anything they tried to add as “prep” and they will take it all off if you’re firm. They tried to add paint coating, interior coating, interior insurance, nitrogen and some other crap that added up to well over $2,000 to my friend”s CT.

Do not spread false information and if you are clueless about the discussion at hand, you may want to refrain from commenting as many people read these threads looking for guidance and you have brought nothing of value in the discussion (other than false information).

There is also a sticky thread on here to learn about leasing which you may want to look at to learn:

Thank you for "helping me out". I really appreciate your feedback!

By your input, I can say my deal was relatively a good one then. In case you didn't realize, I wanted to chime in here also to get an answer that I didn't really get in that post. Since you said my 513 was high then, I figured his deal was definitely high for a non F Sport.

That is, in other words:

If a "good deal" for a non f sport is300 at net payment of 509, then mine is really good for a net $513 for a 2019 f sport rwd.

Bottom line here according to your previous statements, is that he's got a bad deal and I got a really good deal. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ps. Why didn't you respond to my question on my original post? Do you currently lease a Lexus IS300 F Sport 2019 or do you drive a BMW? This plays into the perspective accuracy of any of your responses in the regards of leasing and/or Lexus IS of this model and year.

Mine is also an F Sport. Zero down, zero due at signing. 15,000 miles per year. 36 month lease. $509 per month (tax included). There are also no base models over $43,800. Please see attached spec sheet at beginning of thread

Also Mr. Otis, you are paying a total of $21,588 (42×513) to drive your car 35,000 miles. I'm only paying a total of $17,815 (35x509) to drive my car a total of 45,000 miles. I get 10,000 more miles than you and am paying $3773 less. And on top of that you would also be paying about $45 more a month if you wanted 15,000 miles a year based on your current terms, which is another $1890. So in essence I am saving over $5600 compared to you. Or in other words I could of got the deal you got for about $373 per month. NOT $513...

And... why did you ask and post your question to start with??!! The mileage a month isn't a factor to me hence I only got 10k, so that takes care of the 45 a month or 1890. And, you couldn't get 373 a month because you already got the deal of 509 a month.

I'm correcting your assumption that mine was a non Fsport. But more importantly your version of what a good deal is...

How do you explain the 34k "selling" price of your deal yielding a net payment of 509 monthly though? As good of a mathematician you portray yourself to be, 34k selling price should mean a much cheaper monthly, shouldn't it?

The selling price of car is $34,066, which is $9786 off of MSRP of $43,853.

When adding in aquisition fee, DMV registration fee (tabs), first months payment of $509 abd a few other little fees price comes to about $36,245. (Total fees including 1st payment is about $2179)

Vehicle Final Price: 36,245
Sales Tax: 10.25%
Interest Rate (APR): .120% per year
Lease Term: 36 months
Car Value at End of Lease: 19,734

Lease Amount: 36,245.00
Depreciation Fee: 458.64
Lease Fee: 2.80
Monthly Payment (exclude tax): 461.44
Monthly Tax: 47.30
Total Monthly Payment: 508.74

Don't worry about what other people are getting, there is always going to be a better deal. Take your best deal and tell Jim Falk to beat it (talk to a sales manager, not a sales perso. See if Freddie still works there, she is real good and fast). And they will as they have done with my lease. And being at the end of the month during the weekdays will help tremendously.

Just seems to me that since you have the "selling price" negotiated down to 34k, you should just buy it and not have to worry about said lease "offer".

Furthermore, then just put some money down to drive that monthly down closest to the "509 lease monthly payment" number.
Make sense?

Like I initially stated, your deal just isn't adding up... with such low "selling price", your monthly lease should be way lower than mine. But it is practically identical tonmy deal. It's the reason I believe they are adding something like a hidden upcharge you aren't aware of.

Premier3is confused this post like he did with my post, and I see you have a real good opportunity still to salvage your deal before finalizing anything. So, good luck.

Why would I want to own it?

If I buy it i will spend over $38,000 with taxes and fees for a car that I will get tired of in 3 years. By leasing I only pay a total of $17,815. $20,000 less.

And It ain't even close to your deal. I get 5000 more miles per year for about the same montthly payment. I am paying 39.6 cents per mile. You, on the other hand, are paying 61.6 cents per mile. Big difference...

And why should my payment be lower? My residual is only 46%. I can put money down and make it lower if I choose.

Gary, I assume the person you are replying to is just trolling at this point. If you look at his previous thread which got shut down you will see he is just trying to fish for positive comments to validate his monthly payment. His comments about whether I drive a BMW or an IS alone is proof that he doesn't really have knowledge of the topic since that has nothing to do with it. Knowledge and researching of leasing can be applied to any brand regardless of what I drive (which is clearly stated on my signature).

Leave him be and just ignore him . He needs to raise his credibility here before he can even be taken seriously. Good luck with the car on whatever choice you make and show some pics if you get it!
