Not much we can help you with without knowing what code you're throwing. Could be anything from a loose gas cap to o2 sensors to engine misfires. List goes on. Get the codes read and go from there

There's a grocery list of codes that can trigger the CEL to come on...however you get the code read, do that first and then we can provide better suggestions from there.
The TRAC OFF light is only on because the CEL is on. There is no fault in the TRAC system...I can guarantee you that the code in the TRAC system will simply tell you that there is a code in the Engine ECU.
If the vehicle appears to be driving normally, then likely it's a emission related code...like mentioned above, could be a loose gas cap to an O2 sensor.

Guy above is most likely correct, my 2010 Corolla had traction off, engine light on, and also VSC light on, it was a fuel / oxygen sensor. It cost like $700 to fix lol (knowing this car, it's probably $1000+).. And you can't just go to a regular shop because their code scanners aren't proper. I would go to Lexus, get the codes. On my Corolla, I changed an O2 sensor (near drivers seat area) but it didn't fix the code. There was another sensor which from what I recall was the "fuel O2 sensor" (which was under the hood, near the engine) which was being read as an O2 sensor from Auto Zone's free diagnostic check up.
When I went to Toyota and they scanned it, they told me which sensor it was and then I wasted more money by letting them do it.
Tdlr: Get the code from Lexus, make sure you know which sensor it is, if you can find a mechanic to do it cheaper than dealership, do it, if you want to go with Lexus that's at your discretion.. Good luck
Edit: One of my friend's had this same issue, he said he also cleared the code with a code scanner and the lights went away, try that too before anything
