Oe wheels
purchased this set for my Lexus Is. They asked me for my sensor numbers so I got the cartista app and pulled all of my numbers for
them and sent them off the screenshot. The set came and they sure are beautiful! Put them on and they ride great but unfortunately the car didn't accept the sensors and the TPMS light is on and there's no pressures. Notified OE Wheels today they said they're going to have their TPMS guy contact me Monday hopefully we can get this straightened out. Does anybody know what will happen if I press the button to reset in the car? I don't want to lose my sensor numbers.
Any tire shop should be able to do this for you, for cheap if not for free. For instance, I recently had an issue where the tires were assigned the wrong sensors (if that makes sense) on my wife's Nissan, and Costco told me "Yeah any time the TPMS is messed up just bring it in and we'll fix it no charge."
The reset button only resets the tire pressure threshold...for instance if you set all the tires to 40PSI, and press the reset button as per the owners manual, then the computers that 40 is the threshold from which it monitors for low tire pressure.
The sensor codes can't be erased by pressing that button.

Nice set! I like original wheels. My friend has a set of the expensive young guy wheels on his car (they're made by volk) and he constantly sends me texts at how his wheels constantly lose pressure, break, bend etc. He's fed up and is getting a set of stock 18s for his IS350. if anyone in socal has a set PM me.
And i'm like yep. told you i'm so over those young guy wheels. not worth the time effort and money and headache they cause. i convinced him to go stock. he's jealous that i can just put it in cruise control and sip on lemonade! i don't worry about squat. peace of mind and stability of stock wheels. they may not weigh 3 lbs but they're designed to work. so you made a good choice

All I can say is avoid this company at all costs. They claim to sell wheels for OEM and they didn't know the right sensor for the Lexus and sent me a lowline sensor that wouldn't cover the dash pressures. Their plan was to clone my sensors from my serial numbers but when they showed up in the rims they were wrong and had to be changed out so they sent me a new pair that couldn't be cloned. Then later they claimed they have a new pair that can be cloned. They don't even want to pay me the money I had to pay America's Tires to get everything to work. Going back and forth waste of time.
If you use this company, I wish you luck they will leave you hanging as soon as they get your money.
