As far as I knnow that's not sold seperately. Go to ebay and look for a used mirror. your best bet.

also keep in mind the CT, LS, ES, GS share the same mirror so you may be able to buy another mirror that's broken elsewhere, and swap over the parts you need.

Found this on eBay, this should solve since the mirror is not broken.

This happened to me the other day too. I ordered a replacement factory painted from Lexus of Scottsdale. Should have it Thursday and replacement looks straightforward!

the *crunch* it made when I hit the side of my garage was heartbreaking.

make sure you order the right paint code as there are several shades of black!

Just changed mine out! Let me know if you need any help.

When reassembling, I definitely recommend replacing the black plastic right behind the mirror first, then the lower part, then the painted part.

The light that illuminates the floor was a PITA for me. I had to mount it on the mirror first and then slide the lower black plastic piece in to get it to fit right. That light took me about 10 minutes itself.

I'm probably gonna take to the body shop waiting for the part. Or was it really easy. I have popped the mirror out on my older generation IS250 and it used to shake on high speeds lol. This would be the same I'm assuming starting from taking the mirror out first ? Thanks

It's a fairly easy DIY:

Mirror glass comes out, then 5 screws come out. It was easy but would have been nice to have one more hand hold things in place. I didn’t unclip the electrical connectors in the glass, I just slid the plastic pieces around the glass.

after replacing so many LEDs in the puddle lights i can now disassemble this mirror in seconds with my eyes closed. and put it back together. but i admit the first few times its like a jig saw puzzle.

my advice is the gentler you are, the easier it goes. when you try to force it/manhandle it, it fights. if you are gentle and sweet, everything comes together perfectly.

it's easy to misalign and not feel/know it. so make sure you look at it closely before you screw everything back together.
