Thank you everyone for all your input. I figured out everything I want to do to my 2016 IS350 for the next year. I ordered my first part; Remark axelback exaust. I will have it on by Friday. Next will be wheels and suspension. I live in CA and running away from cops, like I used to, are long gone. Damn helicopters... So, high speed is unnecessary but up to 85 mph from any starting speed with great cornering is what I want. For suspension, I can’t find any rear sway bar for 3rd generation model. So, it’s either springs, air, or RS-R I-shock. Air is little too expensive at few thousand, springs are non adjustable, so, I am leaning towards I-shock active PV. I will be able to keep my adjustability as well. Then 19” rims and tires. Then the TorqAmp electric Supercharger for added acceleration. I will add few accessories along the way. If you have any suggestions beyond what I planned so far, please let me know before I make a mistake and waste my money on it. Thank you for your anticipated suggestions.

 

First I've heard of the TorqAmp. From quick google it looks pricey for the HP (and fairly unproven). Since you are in CA any of that sort of stuff typically gets tricky as you probably already know.
