Default Front lip protection

I just got a 2014 is350 f sport and its lowered. Idk how much and im not sure how to raise the back ever since I put my MTX 9500 subwoofer which weighs about 90lbs including the box. I need suggestions on whats a good part to protect my front bumper from parking. Ive have it a month and i already messed up my lower bumper. Also the back seems rub alot getting this black stuff from the tire on my white car 24/7. Any suggestions for both?!

Welcome to the forum!

Can you part any pics of the black stuff?

As for the front bumper there are several lips available from eBay or the vendors on the forum.
However, the lip will just be damaged instead of the bumper...so if you want to avoid any kind of damage at all, a front mount camera that shows on your multi-display screen would be a nice solution.
That way you can flip the view to show the front when you're parking.
You can check out Beatsonic for a kit.

If the car is lowered with springs then there's no way to raise it back up...other than replacing the springs with another one that is higher.
Do you know how it's lowered? Springs, coils, other?

pics coming soon, but I've noticed some people and their nav units have the full screen showing I believe its 10.25 inches, I have the same screen in my 2014 but it doesn't use the whole screen, is this normal? If so can it be updated to fill the whole screen? If not will those CarPlay add ons make it?

The 2014-2016 screen is the size you see it. The surrounding trim is just black trim that's not part of the screen.
In the refresh model the physical screen is about the same size, but the viewing area is a lot larger.
Then there's the Android 10.25 aftermarket replacement screen...for Non-Navi vehicles only.

Hit driveways at an angle...maybe even speed bumps. Get to know where the front of the car is so you don't pull into curbs or the cement bumpers in parking spaces.

But if you're rubbing with the sub best to raise the car back up.

Good news is used OEM springs are cheap, you can find them here in the marketplace.

If the car has coilovers..you can probably adjust them higher. Or, return to stock and sell the coilovers.

Yeah as he stated, the 14-16 screen does not use all the space it has there. Please elaborate on the black stuff. Thinking thats just crud from the road?

I had a similar thread. I hit the stock bumper on a simple angled driveway.

Navi is supported too. They came out with a harness for the ones with Navi a while back. Just FYI.

Im selling a set of almost new stock springs from my 2018 F-Sport RWD. These are a great option if you decide to go back to stock height. I'm also in CA.
