Ok, I need some clip part numbers and I can't find the part online, nor the piece of trim they go in. Anyone help? It's the piece of exterior trim that goes over the spare tire pan, but on the outside. I need the clips that hold that thing on.

Not to sure what you are talking about, try uploading a picture of the area where the clip belongs.
Maybe you can use this as reference.

Honestly, I'm not sure a pic would help. All one needs to do is go around to the rear of the IS series car and look underneath where the spare tire pan is sitting. That's a black plastic piece of trim for I'm guessing just to hide the pan and nothing else. There's a row of the typical little black plastic push pins that not only hold the rear of the trim on, but it also goes through the bumper cover as well. Anyone?
