They work 100% with no issues. BUT they are about $200 USD each... so I opted for the RC visors which you can find on ebay used for about half the price. Part number for the NX parts are
LH 74320-F6010-C0
RH 74310-F6010-C0

Nice! Those are the NX part number, what are the part numbers for the RC ones that you installed? Thank you!

FYI for anyone considering the NX visors, Prestige Lexus (and maybe other dealers as well) have 15% off parts thru April 16th with free shipping and no min. order amount. This brings the NX visors down to $171 each, shipped.

Wish I had known about this 6 years ago. 2 things that need change in the IS sun visors that extend and add passenger seat lumbar.

I ordered the NX driver's side visor from Prestige on Thursday and it was delivered today (Saturday). Less than 5 minutes to swap it out. I opted to only do the driver's side, and while the visor itself looks identical, the warning stickers are a little different (see pic). Not noticeable enough for me to spend another $170 to make them identical tho 😆.

Looking forward to driving to work without the sun blinding me every morning!

Is it any year/spec NX that has the extended feature?

These part numbers are indicating 2022 and up.

Yah. NX 2022+. 2015-2021 uses those card extensions instead of extending the visor.

I went with the NX visors myself (since they fully extend) but I believe the RC part numbers are:
7432024271C1 (Left)
7431024281C1 (Right)

Thanks for all the research and work you've done!

Does anyone know if there's anyway to see if these visors/part number crossover from any other Toyota/Lexus model?

Perhaps they'd be a bit cheaper if they could be sourced from a Toyota model, or could be imported from a different market?

The price is a little high but workable—I was also hoping to find a pair without warning labels to clean up the interior a bit.

Either way, I've been dying to find this solution for years, one of the only pet peeves I have about this car! Thank you again!

Beware, I bought European 2024 Lexus NX, most likely 450h+ models sunvisors from a used car parts site Ovoko, and these for sure DO NOT extend. Thankfully they have free returns, hopefully can get them returned. Part number was TW20284000

Must be a luxury only for the American market to have extending visors in your NX ... I think I will go scour used car lots for Lexuses and see which have extending sunvisors and take measurements if they would fit my IS
