My understanding is that the 14+ sun visors have extending arms that allow the visor to be pulled closer to the driver when parallel to the driver's side window. The 11-13 visors don't do this.

Can anyone confirm this? Pictures would be helpful.

If so, has anyone attempted to upgrade the sun visors on the older CT200hs?

 

Yes -- but they are still not very good. The grab handle gets in the way. It's one of the few items on the car that does not work very well.
