I’m still learning about the product so the best person to ask questions about this would be Eric at Beat-Sonic. According to him, a demonstration video will be released shortly.

Are you able to at least take a picture or a video of the system running? Thank You

Sorry, more questions. Factory joystick works on beatsonic unit in CarPlay? I do find even in oem CarPlay I tried in Lexus ES it was annoying to navigate Waze map. It doesn’t operate like you would on iPhone there are four corners arrow you have to press in order to pan the map. Seems pretty dumb implementation from either Apple or Waze map. Or Google made it difficult to use on purpose for Apple products.

Factory joystick works. You will have to press down on the joystick then scroll left or right to access the apps on the other page.

That appears to be the non-nav screen.

That's the 2014-2016 screen...which is 7" - I believe all models have the same screen. I have nav...its the same small size.

I have factory NAV with ML speakers. Like what RocketG35 said, 14-16 IS models have the 7" screens unfortunately.

Mine is the non-ml, non-nav base version, which uses a scroll dial instead of a mouse-like joystick. How then, to scroll to other pages to access other apps? Thanks..

Question, wouldnt this apple carplay system be the same as the iphone mirroring kit for half the price. Since you would still need to connect your phone anyways and both system does the same at displaying the iPhone layout..
I mean the only difference would be one you have to control it from your phone and the other you control it with the joystick.. Once you remove the phone both system will disconnect anyways.
