Default Lexus engine idle issues and clunking noise

Can anyone explain what might be an issue it’s a 2016 Lexus is200t with 17,000 miles on it. Has wierd thumping noise and idles bad when not moving also does that whenever I start up the engine. Everything was fine then 30 mins later all this happened

Have a look at the attached bulletin. This is the Canadian version, but there is a US version...probably posted somewhere on the forum.
When you look at the title initially, it doesn't sound like your issue, but read the top of Page 3, section 1 and the first bullet. Some have complained about the valve being noisy, so this might be your issue and the bulletin would still apply to your vehicle.

Do you have any issues while driving?
If your boost sensor is bad, you will feel the rocking sensation felt while driving spiritedly noted in the service bulletin Sasnuke posted.
