Nearly bought this for my IS. It's made of solid aluminum, and seems pretty solid! Go ahead and get it! let us know how it fits and looks! It has predrilled holes, and its not too expensive either!

Are you sure its solid aluminum?(just looked it up and confirmed...lol) Was looking for someone that had one, so I could pay them to make a template for me. I have a friend that does a lot of custom fab work for a speed shop and was gonna have him cut me one out of ABS, but take about 1 or 1.5" off the front. Sticks out a little too far for my taste.

I think if you were to run an aftermarket lip with this splitter underneath it would look real nice.

Yeah haha. Met some guy with an 86 over the weekend who had a splitter from them. quality was super good. And i agree, it sticks out kind of far for the 3IS.

I have the side skirts and love them but I am using a universal "all fit" for the front. I am just worried to drop that kinda coin on a spliter that can be damaged or ripped off over bumps. With that being said the side skirts are well done so I can imagine the spilter will be the same.

ABS is a lot more forgiving, and my friend uses all thicknesses (1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2")... After the template is made, if I ever damage mine, we'll just cut another. Just ordered drilled and slotted rotors, after a couple of weeks, I'm gonna order the splitter, make my template, then sell the splitter.

Looking forward to seeing that
