For the F-Sport Air Filter, I went online and searched for this part number:
PTR03-53141-AA

I drive a 2014 is350, and bought mine off ebay when they were doing the 25% off the whole site sales.

any way I can check if it’s real or not?

I would explicitly tell the Service Advisor upon dropoff not to touch the engine intake filter. Just as I always explicitly tell any service advisor not to wash my car, simply because I don't know if they'll actually hand wash it and dry it, or run it through the automated car washes that'll swirl up your paint, and then let it sit and dry in the sun.
And remember to check before you leave after the service to make sure they didn't just toss out your re-usable air filter.

You can’t put another charcoal filter on it unless you were to like super glue it back on or something. As for the F Sport filter it came with a sticker that I said it’s a reusable filter and slapped it on top of the air box so they knew. I didn’t have any issues.

be careful when you break the tabs off the charcoal filter to clean up any plastic shreds. there will be a ton. once you remove that, anything after the air cleaner will be sucked into the engine and is all fair game.

the filter is plastic welded/fused onto the air box. there's no replacing it without replacing a $300 airbox. so no they won't be replacing it.
