Programming multiple garage doors?

So I recently got my 2016 IS 350. Still learning all the bells and whistles. I've been able to program one garage door to button 1, but when I program the other to button 2, it removes the first one.

How do I program both?

I just programmed two doors a couple of weeks ago after moving. It's the same procedure for each door (button). Do a search on this board - a few people have had issues and found a way to program.
