Default RR Tune 2015 IS350 RWD

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what your experiences are with the RR tune and if you think it was worth it. I also heard that for RWD models, there is a transmission slip when in high rpms. Is it going to be a problem at all?

Absolutely worth it. 2016 IS350 AWD.

I purchased the tune with their CF intake in August and haven't regretted it period.

Throttle response is better and it feels like it just pulls better. I would recommend it! Plus the support you get from RR Racing is exceptional.

Do you notice it in all modes, or just Normal/Sport/+? I'd assume gas mileage would be worse because of the inclination to run, but if daily driven is there possibly an improvement? Did you do anything else other than their intake, such as exhaust?

I only drive in Sport (no Sport+ only on F sport) so I honestly can't say. As far as fuel mileage I can't say there is any difference. I've been tracking my mileage with Fuelly since I purchased my car. I saw no significant decrease in mileage with the tune.

You notice it in all modes. Not sure about eco though. My gas mileage has improved since the getting the tune. I daily my car and love it. The top end power is most definitely noticeable and pulls a lot harder. Worth the investment.
