Question Thoughts on these car wash supplies

I'm looking to pick up these from Amazon soon, but wanted to get your thoughts on them:
  1. Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax
  2. Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0
  3. Meguiar's Wash Mitt Meguiar's Wash Mitt
Any feedback is appreciated!

I’ve used the first one. Nothing too crazy about it IMO. Recently switched to the Meguiars Gold Class Wash and prefer it.

cant comment on the other two

i normally stick with car guys or chemical guys products for washing, polish, wax and sealing. i use meguiar's for clay bar and compound paint correction.

for towels i use these, they are awesome.

Meguiar's is good stuff and generally considered a safe bet, you will be happy with those products. I have their new ceramic wax pre-ordered and will be giving that a try to replace my Blackfirewax crystal seal which has been awesome, but is no longer sold, and I'm finally running out of the product.

I recommend also checking out Griot's garage and Carpro products. Griot's is very comparable to Meguiars but I have found their products to perform slightly better. Carpro is more expensive but has outstanding products.

Chinox22x recommended Chemical Guys; my experience with their products has been hit and miss. Their product line is kind of expensive and can be confusing with all the products that seem to do the same thing. That being said their blacklight glaze and honeydew snow foam are staples in my arsenal that I don't anticipate replacing anytime soon.

I prefer Meguiars Gold Class Wash over the Ultimate Wash and Wax. It's more sudsy.

Tech Wax 2.0 is super easy to apply but doesn't last more than ~2 months or so in my experience.

i really recommend jescar powerlock sealant.
you can also top it with a coat of wax after it cures; collinite 845 is usually a highly recommended followup wax.

Thanks guys. I'm thinking of using Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax instead of NXT, after reading several more reviews between the two. I'll get the Chemical Guys clay bar for claying the car before waxing.

My 'new' car definitely isn't new anymore... ugh. Apparently a rock had hit and nicked my driver fender as I was driving on the highway. I can see a faint straight line where it hit and bounced off the car.

If you haven't gone through it yet, we have an excellent detailing forum here on CL. There you'll find thread after thread of useful tips and recommendations. I learned so much from that forum.

I use all Meguires products bc I'm a brand loyalist. The wash I use is the orange stuff, and the wax I think is gold class. I wouldn't go buy the most expensive stuff, just get a standard product from a good company.

Griots, Ammo NYC, Rupees and Meguiars only for me.

Not a fan to CC overall, I use them pretty sparingly. But then again, I don't really look to just wash a car, I detail.
