I thought full synthetic oil is only good for 8000km. I feel more comfortable with getting the oil change at 7500.
Full synthetic can last longer than 8K, don't sweat it too much. I've never bought a new car in my life, but if I did, I would be particular about changing that oil between 3-5K just to get some new oil and filter in to clear out any extra tiny metal debris that the filter would have caught from engine break-in.
Ok, I decided to get oil change from my mechanic this Saturday (tomorrow). Car will have close to 7300 km. I will go to Toyota instead lexus for big things or stuff my mechanic doesn't do well like brake flush because my mechanic doesn't have Toyota techstream. Screw Lexus stealership! I read online that most modern cars can go to 15k miles. That's like 24000 km.

I don't understand why you're getting your oil changed at 7,300 kms? That's just silly and a waste of money.
