Was curious about the 400h vs RX330 .... is the service schedule that different? Does it make it impossible to service anywhere other than a Lexus dealer? Is there any complication to an oil change? Is it still a 5,000 mile oil change interval?

Yes, 5000 mile for the 1st oil change/service - which is free at a Lexus dealer. I would only take my car to a Lexus dealer for sure peace of mind.
