I was first to order from them with our year model 3is, and first order came screwed up. I have sent them pics and Betty, girl I was dealing with, said they would redo it for me as it was their mistake. So it came and it was perfect fit. But if you want it to be perfect install, oem look without creases you have to take off steering wheel off. Which is sort of easy.
