Default Need help identifying bushing behind steering wheel on column

Need help identifying bushing behind steering wheel on column. Its a red/pink rubber donut looking thing about 6 inches behind steering wheel. Can it be replaced, and what does it do? Mines is broke in half. Is there anyway to repair if it cant be replaced? Oh and its a 92 sc300 with manual tilt.

No I dont think it helps. Its more towards the inside. Its right behind the steering wheel. Thanks though. Anyone else want to give it a shot.

Well after messing around with it more. I found out what it is. It stops there steering wheels from going all the way back. I had it locked so it wouldnt move, unlocked it and it went way back in. Thanks SW2UZ for the diagram.
