Default Replacement Aluminum ***** for Stereo

I saw some replacement ***** for the stereo as well as "drive mode" button that I really liked; however, now I can't find the thread or the website that sold them! The appeared to be aluminum or at the very least a lighter silver color. Any help or direction would be appreciated!

Also, any tips on removal of stock ***** and installation of new ***** would be appreciated as well. TIA.

Tom's makes some, but pretty expensive. I remember seeing some on a Japanese version of Alibaba that looked alright. I don't remember the site, but try googling Tom's Lexus radio *****.

or you could make your own if you have access to a lathe

Is it these? I just got these and they feel more premium than the original ones.

It says they attach using 3M adhesive.

The drive mode selector is attached with double sided tape but the two stereo ***** are a replacement that are tightened by a small screw.
