Default No audio in car

Hey guys.

I have a 2014 is250 f sport and yesterday when I was driving my sound just cut out ( like someone scratching vinyl). Ever since then I’m getting no audio in the car. The nav and radio controls work except when I turn the volume **** nothing happens. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any suggestions on a fix

Check your fuses.

Make sure your amplifier area is not wet.

I have the exact same car and I'm going through exactly this too right after my battery died and replaced. Same thing sounded like scratching vinyl.

Radio Fuses are fine under steering column. Checked under the hood and it looks fine... My lexus friend said it could be that I need a new amplifier.. apparently it is a known issue for new Lexus's for amplifier to go.

I'm hoping it's not the amplifier blown.
Going to go through a few more testing tomorrow. Will try to update.

I'll repeat myself
Make sure amplifier area is not wet
That can damage the amp and cause no sound issue

Definitely mine is not wet as we tried for like 30 minutes to unplug the amp to test things but we failed.. Didn't want to unbolt it off.

It's probably the amp.
If all the fuses are fine and you have no volume control from the head unit, then the most likely cause is the amp.
